Staying at this hotel was a unique and incredible experience. The rooms are beyond amazing with two-story ceiling features, skylights, and a bed that feels five times longer, making it truly special. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and having a private butler assigned to assist throughout the stay was a fantastic touch. However, the location, amidst the jungles, might not be everyone's cup of tea, and the dining experience could use some improvements.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The rooms were incredible, with a huge bed, massive bath for two, double shower, and a dressing area that made me feel like royalty. The private garden and pool were a delightful touch, and the soaking tubs, both indoors and outdoors, added an extra layer of luxury. However, the white shower curtains looked a bit cheap, although they did solve the privacy issue.
The hotel offers well-equipped rooms with complimentary Nespresso, water, and milk drinks, along with dedicated staff to assist with reservations. However, the tonhong service can be challenging at times. The highlight is the exceptional service that elevates the dining experience. The location is creatively unique, with meandering paths and delightful surprises. The dining experience in the tropical garden by the lake is diverse and delectable.
I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely amazing, featuring a private garden, pool, soaking tubs indoors and out, two-story ceiling features, and skylights. The beauty captured in these areas simply cannot be justified by pictures. We stayed in a stunning pool villa with a bed so spacious that I had to FaceTime my husband just to chat.
